Core services
Recurring Maintenance
Monthly, bi-weekly or weekly visits where we will test and balance water, adjust sanitizers, clean filters and bar-top, inspect components, and keep your spa running smoothly year-round. Notes and documentation passed on to client as needed or per your desired preference and frequency. Covers including under-carriage are cleaned periodically and surface-protector applied to vinyl tops.
Drain & Refill Service
Complete drain, deep clean, line flush and full refill—then we balance your water chemistry, so your hot tub is clean, clear, and ready to use. Portable water softener tank or hose-filter available as needed at no additional cost. Full system purges are also available as needed and per-request (recommended annually). On salt water? RSS specializes in Watkins™ FWSS and IQ systems. Replacement parts available for order.
Hot Tub Repairs
Diagnosis and repair for pumps, heaters, leaks, controls, and other common issues to restore performance quickly.

What areas do you service?
We serve the wider Denver metro area and surrounding areas. If you’re within 25 miles of Denver metro, reach out and we’ll confirm availability.
How often should a hot tub be drained and refilled?
Most tubs benefit from a drain & refill every 3–4 months, depending on usage, bather load, and water quality. STR properties may require more frequent service.
Do you bring chemicals and filters?
For recurring maintenance all basic spa chemicals are typically provided with a standard client arrangement*, or you may provide your own if you wish. We will discuss your maintenance plan needs and preferences to make it make sense for you. Items such as filters, headrests and accessories will be available for purchase.
*This excludes add-on products such as O-Care, @ease floating kits, FWSS cartridges and other misc. supplies and components which may be purchased separately
Can you service Airbnb/VRBO hot tubs between guests?
Yes—our short-term rental service is designed for turnover-ready checks, consistent water care, and fast issue response. Ask about our exclusive contractor rates and programs for property managers.
What kinds of repairs do you handle?
We diagnose and repair common issues including pumps, heaters, leaks, controls, and circulation problems. For big or unusual jobs that may involve moving, crane-lifting tubs or specialized circumstances, we partner locally with preferred specialists.
